Returns We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • With tags and proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, opened patches or partially used packs cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return Email us at happycrampsinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable). Unless we made an error, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos — we’ll replace or refund it.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards, final-sale, or promotional items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges To exchange, return your item and place a new order once your refund is approved.

EU Customers If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no reason needed. Items must still meet the eligibility criteria above.
